Services Engagement Manager

Your Role:

• Educate customers on the value of Veeva’s Professional Services, setting appropriate expectations and engagement boundaries.
• Define and prescribe the best service model based on customer needs, creating proposals, statements of work, and RFx responses.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, strategy, and services teams to ensure optimal engagement and positioning.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience delivering software implementation projects (Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar).
• 1+ years of experience scoping project plans and negotiating statements of work (preferred).
• Background in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Tech; knowledge of Clinical Operations or RIM is a plus.
• Problem-solving and customer service mentality; consulting or tech sales experience valued.

Compensation:

• Base pay range: $85,000 - $170,000 USD per year, depending on experience and location.
• Potential for additional variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
