Job Description
We are looking for Business Development Representatives who will be responsible for creating and qualifying new sales opportunities for our sales team. This role requires driven individuals who possess an inquisitive mind, an excellent phone presence with a flair in client communication, and enjoys taking on challenges. Responsibilities include developing and managing sales pipeline, prospecting and assessing sales potential, creating detailed prospecting lists, gathering sales intelligence, building strong relations with Account Managers and Sales Engineers, using sales skills to set up qualified appointments, working closely with Marketing to drive traffic to online campaigns or in-person events, following up leads, articulating the right value selling message, aligning to our Channel network, maintaining accurate information in our CRM, and meeting or exceeding individual performance objectives. Provide ongoing feedback to Sales Management on ways to improve processes to increase results.
