What we're looking for:

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience across full-cycle or sourcing, with comfort operating at volume.
• Sound judgment evaluating candidates who have no quantitative performance record, and confidence to hold recommendations with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication, high agency, and adaptability in a remote-first environment.
• Based in the Greater Toronto Area, willing to come into the office for large events.

Pay and benefits:

• The estimated base salary range is $80,000-$90,000 CAD, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package.
