Technical Recruiter (Contract, Remote in Ukraine)

Mirantis is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our global hiring across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions. This is a contract position for a strong individual contributor who can independently manage searches, build pipelines, and influence hiring outcomes in a distributed team. You’ll play a key role in helping Mirantis scale — hiring people who shape the core of our cloud-native platform, open-source products, and go-to-market execution. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles globally while driving direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms. You'll also partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results and act as a recruiting advisor, providing insights on talent market conditions, sourcing feasibility, and hiring best practices. You'll use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows.
