Job Description
As a Revenue Operations Manager you will be part of the team of integrations at Yuno. Your challenges include building and implementing core Revenue Operations processes, tools, and frameworks from the ground up, ensuring they scale with growth. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align the full revenue funnel — handoffs, KPIs, and data governance. Create dashboards, reporting routines, and performance metrics to drive visibility and decision-making. You will also own our commercial tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong), and lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, territory planning, and quota-setting with leadership. Set up scalable onboarding, enablement, and change management processes in partnership with Enablement and People. Spot and solve bottlenecks across the revenue journey with urgency and structure, working closely with CRO, GTM leads, and founders to evolve our revenue engine.
