Accountant

About the Company:

• Passage Health is a fast-growing Series A startup improving autism care through technology.
• The company has grown more than 3x over the past year and is focused on building durable foundations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the day-to-day accounting operations including month-end close, billing, invoicing, AP/AR, reconciliations, and payroll.
• Be the first point of contact for client billing questions and partner with sales, operations, and clinical teams.
• Shape the systems and processes behind the finance function as the company scales.

What You'll Bring:

• A degree in accountancy and hands-on ownership of full-cycle month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS).
• Experience owning accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing/invoicing, including direct client communication.
