Manager, Sales Support

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager to lead a high-performing team within our Revenue Operations organization. You’ll be responsible for guiding a team that provides front-line support for our sales organization, partners with our systems team to enhance SFDC and CPQ, and aligns data and operational needs across multiple departments. This role requires balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution—ensuring that the sales team is supported with clarity, speed, and operational excellence—while staying hands-on to solve problems, document best practices, and bringing fresh ideas that move the department forward. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Operations Specialists and partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Systems teams to align operational needs and resolve issues efficiently.
