Play a pivotal role in shaping our dynamic team as a Corporate Recruiter at SGS, collaborating with stakeholders in the Business Assurance team to identify exceptional candidates for corporate and strategic positions within our global operations. This role will be more than just filling vacancies, instead you’ll be a strategic partner to the business, converting challenging requirements into tangible results by building a robust talent pipeline that aligns with our diverse business needs. Leveraging your expertise in sourcing techniques, including social media, to build a robust talent pipeline that aligns with our diverse business needs, you will have an excellent opportunity to reinforce hiring collaboration, transforming the way we attract, engage, and retain talent. Job responsibilities include working closely with business managers, strategic HR partners and other stakeholders to understand SGS’s business strategies, partnering with Talent Acquisition teams to develop and implement end-to-end talent acquisition campaigns, providing strategic advice to Hiring Managers during talent strategy discussions and demonstrating a resourceful and creative approach to talent acquisition to find the right talent.
