Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding, benefits administration, and background check processes, maintaining accuracy and delivering a best-in-class experience.
  • Manage employee inquiries in ServiceNow, resolving cases and escalating complex issues to ensure timely support.
  • Execute HR operations, maintain employee records, produce reporting, and support audit and compliance requests.

Collaboration and Improvement:

  • Partner with regional HR teams to enhance procedures and systems while helping to establish and maintain global standards.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals and HR innovation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR Service Hub procedures and guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Possess 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, ideally in a fast-paced, global tech environment.
  • Have 2 years of hands-on experience managing employee lifecycle events with a focus on data accuracy and customer service.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
