Compensation Program Design: Own the design and execution of global compensation programs, while partnering with People, Finance, and Leadership teams.
Framework Optimization: Review and optimize compensation frameworks, including job leveling, salary bands, and equity structure.
Data-Driven Programs: Develop scalable, data-driven compensation programs that drive internal equity, market competitiveness, and retention.
Compensation Cycles: Lead recurring compensation cycles, like mid-year and year-end reviews, equity submissions to the Board, and annual band refreshes.
Collaborate: Collaborate with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners to operationalize compensation strategy.
