Job Description

Own the customer experience, focusing on adoption and the perceived value of Appspace, while prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention. You will conduct frequent check-in meetings with assigned customers. Drive the subscription renewal and/or expansion process using the prescribed process while using appropriate tools and resources as needed. You will promote awareness of new releases and features. You will serve as the customer advocate, facilitating open discussions at all times. Help resolve customer questions and find answers while working with internal teams and continuously improve knowledge base.
