About the role:
- Location: Remote - Canada
- Status: Temporary (15-Month Fixed Term)
- Responsible for answering client telephone inquiries about their claims, processing claims, and invoicing Veterans Affairs Canada.
What you’ll do
- Work with the User Support Team to resolve participant claim issues
- Provide back up for User Support Team as needed – answering calls from participants and service delivery staff
- Review, process, and invoice all RSVP services to the contractual standard as needed
