Job Description

Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a regional sales team, setting clear performance expectations and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and bookings targets. Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing sales talent, fostering a values-driven, high-performance culture. Own accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting, using data to coach the team and address performance gaps.

Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies, territory plans, and account management approaches to drive new business and expansion within commercial customers. Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive offerings to refine territory design, coverage, and go-to-market strategies.

Collaboration & Customer Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success, to support account strategies and optimize customer adoption. Engage directly with key accounts and prospects to influence strategic deals and maintain strong customer relationships.
