The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, the recruitment lifecycle, and the ability to attract and engage top-tier talent in a competitive market. You will source and engage top talent for unique and evergreen roles across engineering teams and departments, partner with the recruiting team to determine best practices,and conduct phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide a positive candidate experience. Staying current on trends and using data-driven insights is crucial to this role.
