Salesforce Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day execution of Salesforce implementation and consulting engagements.
• Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated project plan, schedule, milestones, and delivery commitments.
• Own project financial management, including budgeted hours, actual hours, and forecasted hours.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management, technology delivery, or professional services experience.
• Experience managing technology implementation projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of scope management, risk management, and change-control processes.

Certifications & Professional Development:

• Professional certifications like PMP, CSM, or Salesforce Administrator are strongly valued.
• Commitment to maintaining relevant certifications and developing knowledge of Salesforce delivery.
• The Project Manager should maintain sufficient Salesforce platform knowledge to effectively govern engagements.
