Implementation Consultant

Client Delivery:

• Support Salesforce implementation projects from configuration to go-live activities.
• Assist with data migration, testing, and creating user guides and training materials.
• Provide post-implementation support and identify process improvements.

Client Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with client stakeholders and communicate project updates.
• Respond to client inquiries with high customer service and escalate risks appropriately.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and training sessions.

Internal Collaboration:

• Work with architects, developers, and project managers to deliver successful projects.
• Contribute to project planning, status meetings, and knowledge-sharing efforts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and time tracking.
