- Serve as first-line technical support and lead calls with customers and vendors.

- Bring 5-8 years of implementation and customer support at a SaaS company.
- Be more technical than most customer-facing pros and an excellent writer.
Details:
- Full-time remote, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.
- Base salary $85,000-$102,500.
