Role:
- Act as the technical point of contact on opportunities — discovery, security review, proofs of value.
- Expand from first workflow to subsequent ones across new logos and existing accounts.
- Build custom steps and integrations against each customer’s code repositories and project tools.
Impact:
- Drive the market feedback loop, turning customer problems into structured input for product and engineering teams.
- Capture deployment patterns as reusable reference architectures and workflow templates.
- Handle security questionnaires, architecture reviews, and RFP inputs, delivering workshops and briefings.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in customer-facing architecture roles (solutions architect, pre-sales, technical consulting).
- Hands-on coding ability in ecosystems like PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Deep understanding of modern SDLC, Git workflows, CI/CD, and production realities.
