Capacity Modeling & Forecasting:
- Own clinician capacity planning and staffing strategy across all client programs and modalities.
- Design staffing strategies, hiring plans, and financial budgets, modeling multi-skill workforce requirements.
- Identify supply/demand gaps and convert them into actionable recruiting targets with partner teams.
Marketplace Strategy:
- Partner with Marketplace leadership and commercial teams to evaluate new deal staffing and operational feasibility.
- Build ROI and workforce composition analyses to inform strategic decisions like W-2 vs. 1099 tradeoffs.
- Translate complex modeling outputs into clear, executive-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
Data & Analytics:
- Pull, transform, and analyze large datasets from operational systems using SQL, Python, or R independently.
- Build reusable, scalable modeling frameworks that accommodate program-level customization.
- Own the creation of monthly business review materials, including data, narrative, and presentation for leadership.
