Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Provide comprehensive product training and support to customers, ensuring proper usage and maximum satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather valuable customer feedback and contribute to product development initiatives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.
