Job Description
Odeko is seeking a Vice President of Sales to drive revenue growth in foodservice distribution and technology solutions. This role involves building and scaling the commercial engine, leveraging foodservice expertise and structured sales leadership. The VP of Sales will define the GTM strategy, lead a growing team, and advance strategic opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include refining the GTM strategy for SMB and enterprise customers, accelerating revenue growth across distribution and platform offerings, and maintaining disciplined pipeline coverage. The role also requires growing platform adoption, delivering accurate forecasts, and developing a high-performing sales organization. The VP of Sales will lead, coach, and scale a sales team, engage in strategic deals, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Finance to align strategies.
