Job Description

As HR Manager, you will handle legal compliance and employee relations, staying current on federal employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO) and applicable regulations in each of the operating states (13). You will advise leadership on compliance risks, draft policy updates, and lead investigations of employee complaints. You will also oversee end-to-end payroll, manage benefits enrollment, lead recruiting for key roles, and oversee onboarding, ensuring new hires are set up for success. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive HR experience, deep knowledge of federal employment law, and proven payroll expertise.
