Principal Technical Consultant

What you get to do in this role:

• Devise integration development plans and architectures for systems integrations.
• Implement latest ServiceNow AI offerings like Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, and Generative AI.
• Act as an SME to resolve complex user issues related to Integrations and AI solutions.

Qualifications:

• Active Security Clearance and at least 8 years of configuration/development experience.
• Maintain ServiceNow CIS and CAD certifications with strong JavaScript skills.
• Extensive experience with Web Services, middleware, LDAP, SSO, JDBC, and SaaS technologies.

Additional Information:

• Work persona is flexible or remote within AMS - North America and Canada.
• Up to 30% travel annually for customer engagements.
• Base pay range $165,500 - $289,600 plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive comp, and benefits.
