This Territory Relationship Specialist will support the P&C Personal Lines Distribution team, providing solutions to agency partners from inbound inquiries and identifying opportunities to help improve their production and profitability. As a Specialist, you'll be responsible for the relationship with PL distribution partnerships requiring primarily operational support. When appropriate, you will apply re-engagement strategies for select distribution partners where their strategic goals are aligned with Nationwide priorities. It will be important to build and maintain positive relationships with business partners and serve as a liaison across other sales teams. You will manage agency communications, marketing initiatives, product changes, rates, and reporting.
