Director, Partner Growth

This role focuses on expanding strategic relationships, driving tangible growth, and identifying new opportunities. The Director will develop go-to-market strategies and lead cross-functional execution, emphasizing scalable impact and long-term value creation. Key responsibilities include owning and growing strategic partnerships to expand business value, accelerate revenue, and drive customer acquisition. The candidate will develop and lead go-to-market strategies, structure and negotiate partnership agreements, and build relationships with partner organizations. Monitoring partnership performance using data-driven insights and collaborating with Product and Marketing to enhance partner success are also crucial aspects of the role.
