Your Mission:
- Keep the affiliate program moving operationally by ensuring outreach, campaigns, and follow-ups are consistent.
- Support the Director of Content and Community with execution, creator management, and program insights.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute affiliate campaigns, contests, and challenges while tracking creator participation and follow-ups.
- Manage creator communications and maintain an active community across multiple platforms.
- Monitor program health, flag risks, and surface growth opportunities based on data and creator feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of hands-on TikTok Shop affiliate program experience outside fashion.
- Strong instincts for short-form content and ability to build genuine creator relationships.
- Excellent organization, proactive mindset, and comfort with AI/automation tools.
