Job Description

This role is focused on candidate experience:

  • Responsible for facilitating the candidate's experience from recruiting through the onboarding process.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition into the Care Access organization.
  • Contributing to the successful integration of new hires into the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Initiate all new hire onboarding requests from recruiters.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
