Sr. Technical Account Manager (TAM)

Impact on Team:

• Pair with Redox customers to navigate new interoperability standards and enable better patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with enterprise and scaling customers to execute all post-sale functions.
• Collaborate internally to manage customer success plans and escalations.
• Maintain internal documentation and create collateral for customers.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of deep EHR integration and workflow knowledge.
• Functional understanding of data formats like HL7v2, XML, X12, APIs.
• Ability to proactively identify new solutions and manage changing responsibilities.
