  • Schedule webinars and meetings to secure contracts, requiring monthly regional travel.
  • Build rapport with hospital administrators to understand their recruiting needs, ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Requires healthcare business development experience, demonstrating a positive attitude.
  • Exhibits strong written and verbal communication capabilities, essential for effective presentations.
  • Pursues and generates leads, demonstrating an outgoing personality and sales acumen.
