Role Summary:
- Deliver structured customer training to drive successful onboarding and adoption of Keeper's cybersecurity platforms.
- Focus on standard training programs, building product proficiency, and enabling customers to manage passwords and privileged access.
- Required PT hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured training sessions using established materials.
- Facilitate virtual sessions and maintain training documentation.
- Provide post-training follow-up and basic support to reinforce learning.
Required Experience:
- 1+ years training development/delivery in SaaS B2B environment.
- Bilingual English/Portuguese fluency.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
