Role Summary:

  • Deliver structured customer training to drive successful onboarding and adoption of Keeper's cybersecurity platforms.
  • Focus on standard training programs, building product proficiency, and enabling customers to manage passwords and privileged access.
  • Required PT hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm).

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured training sessions using established materials.
  • Facilitate virtual sessions and maintain training documentation.
  • Provide post-training follow-up and basic support to reinforce learning.

Required Experience:

  • 1+ years training development/delivery in SaaS B2B environment.
  • Bilingual English/Portuguese fluency.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
