About the Role:
- Play a pivotal role in guaranteeing successful onboarding and adoption of products.
- Collaborate with customers and the Implementation Manager to configure solutions.
- Use expertise and attention to detail to provide a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of Keeper's software for new and existing customer deployments.
- Offer continuous technical support and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of configurations and communicate project status transparently.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of progressive experience in SaaS support or implementation.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Salesforce, Google docs, and MS-office tools.
