People Operations Systems Manager

Oshi Health is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy People Operations Systems Manager to oversee the administration, optimization, and integration of all HR tools, systems, and operational workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless performance of HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS), maintaining data integrity, and driving efficiency in HR processes and reporting. You will partner closely with People Operations leadership, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, compliance, and continuous improvement in HR operations. Responsibilities include systems management of HR platforms, process ownership of HR workflows, process optimization through automation, project management of HR technology implementations, data and report generation, vendor relations with HR system providers, training and support for HR tools, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and data privacy regulations.
