Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee enterprise-level onboarding projects from start to finish.
  • Direct cross functional teams to guarantee timely delivery of product and technical commitments while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact on technical delivery for enterprise clients.
  • Build strong partnerships and trust with executive, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a team of implementation specialists and EHR subject matter experts.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Requires 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology.
  • Must have experience leading enterprise-level implementations, preferably in an Epic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet financial and operational targets
