Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, inspections, and preventive maintenance on medical devices and software.
- Investigate trends, manage escalated cases, and resolve product issues with engineering expertise.
- Mentor team members and drive continuous technical skill development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or Information Management.
- 1+ year experience in engineering or field service with medical devices and linear accelerator/RF systems.
- Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters) and engineering troubleshooting.
Additional Information:
- 50% domestic travel required; must be based in Mountain or Pacific time zone.
