About the role:
- Act as an HR partner for a fast-growing iGaming company with a distributed team.
- Work closely with the CEO and recruitment to shape the team and culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage complex recruitment cases, onboarding, and retention programs.
- Support managers with conflicts, development, and team health.
- Automate HR processes and improve the employee experience.
