Senior Recruiting Program Manager

Contributing to Samsara’s growth, this role involves supporting teams to attract and hire top talent as part of the Recruiting Operations and Programs team. You will design and lead programs that support a scalable, standardized, and objective recruiting ecosystem, optimizing the hiring process and ensuring our candidate experience is best-in-class. You will shape our recruitment process through thoughtful process and technology enhancements. By working directly with recruiters and interviewers you will improve on current recruiting and create new designs to improve recruitment. Using technology to simplify and streamline recruitment activities, along with developing and delivering training programs, you will help elevate recruiter's skills and provide them with the tools for efficient hiring processes.
