Role Overview:
- This full-time remote position is based in the Atlanta metropolitan area, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- You will play a key role in developing compensation programs, integrating market data, and supporting HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer base pay and incentive programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and evaluate new positions.
- Conduct compensation surveys and benchmarking using tools like PayFactors, Aon Radford, and Mercer.
- Design metrics and reports that translate complex compensation data into clear, actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of compensation or HR project management experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience with HRIS like Workday or SuccessFactors.
- Candidates must reside in the Atlanta metropolitan area for this remote role.
