About Peer-to-Peer at Fundraise Up:
- Peer-to-Peer turns supporters into fundraisers by allowing them to create pages, join teams, or participate in events.
- The product includes DIY (self-serve) and Events (structured time-bound programs) that must work as one coherent system.
What You'll Own:
- Define the product direction and roadmap based on customer research, market evidence, and business context.
- Lead discovery through interviews, workflow mapping, and prototypes to validate decisions.
- Shape and deliver the product from requirements through launch and iteration, working with Engineering, Design, and QA.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in a software company.
- Strong judgment in reducing problem spaces to focused releases and explaining trade-offs.
- Clear written communication in English and ability to work with multi-actor workflows.
