About the role:
- We are looking for a CRM Manager to launch and grow CRM across the EU, establishing foundational processes and communications.
- This is a hands-on role owning always-on campaigns across email, push, and in-app, driving customer engagement and retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and execute CRM journeys from onboarding to retention, tailoring to EU markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable campaigns.
- Establish scalable documentation and segmentation strategies for long-term growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Native or fluent Spanish/Italian speaker with hands-on CRM experience in a new market.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms like Braze.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to build processes from scratch.
