- Manage the end-to-end orchestration of new business pitches and RFI/RFP responses for European opportunities.
- Partner with pitch leads and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, compelling presentations.
- Oversee pitch logistics, including timelines, team workflows, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in new business, pitch/project management, or growth operations within an advertising, healthcare marketing, or communications agency.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience managing complex pitches with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
