Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing the Inside Sales Team, Sales Administrator, and Territory Account Managers (TAMs).
- Coaching TAMs on client engagement, relationship management, and upsell strategies.
- Conduction performance reviews and support ongoing professional development
Quote Accuracy:
- Ensuring all sales quotes are accurate, complete, and margin-protected.
- Overseeing the quoting workflow in ConnectWise Sell, meeting turnaround and quality standards.
- Partnering with Sales Admin and Procurement to validate costs, SKUs, and pricing.
Sales Performance:
- Tracking and analyzing key sales metrics including quote volume, turnaround time, conversion rates, and client engagement.
- Managing team quotas and ensuring goals are achievable and consistently monitored.
- Providing regular reporting and actionable insights to the VP of Sales.
