The Agency Development Representative role focuses on:
- Nurturing, maintaining, and cultivating customer relationships from existing and newly created agency accounts.
- Progressing clients through the sales funnel to pursue contracts and send higher revenue agencies to the Agency Business Unit.
- Managing outbound prospecting of marketing qualified leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Contacting customers via telephone, email, and social media.
- Fielding incoming emails and phone calls from prospective and existing clients regarding pricing, billing, and product information.
- Developing a thorough knowledge of the industry, products, and services.
Skills needed entail:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to develop relationships with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
