The role involves evolving recognition, feedback, and career progression frameworks. Also ensuring HR operations, policies, and systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs. Leveraging people analytics, data, and metrics to assess organizational health is important as is leading, mentoring, and developing the HR team.
