IT System Administrator Mexico - Remote

As an IT Support Ssr , you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring a minimum of 2 YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. In this role, you will support the IT team by providing first-level technical assistance to internal users. We are looking for someone motivated to learn, detail-oriented, and eager to develop technical skills while delivering effective and attentive support. You will receive close guidance from more experienced technicians and will gradually take on more responsibilities. Role responsibilities include assisting with the maintenance and inventory of IT equipment, supporting users with basic troubleshooting, and helping to configure user accounts and workstations.
