Senior Talent Manager, Freelancers & Contractors

We're looking for a Senior Talent Manager with strong experience in freelance and contractor recruitment to lead and scale our external workforce hiring. This individual will manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals focused on hiring freelancers and independent contractors. They will also drive high-volume hiring (10,000 to 12,000 hires annually) across multiple projects and regions. The Senior Talent Manager will collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving hiring needs, lead the recruitment planning, sourcing strategy, and process optimization for contingency workforce, and report on hiring performance, team productivity and project progression. Ensuring quality of hire and efficient time-to-fill metrics is also a key responsibility, as well as partnering with legal and compliance to support freelance hiring best practices.
