Job Description
Take full ownership of the Spanish P&L and drive commercial success across the market. Lead, optimize, and develop the existing Spanish sales and customer support teams, ensuring efficiency and sustainable growth. Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Spain. Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with merchants, including negotiations with C-level stakeholders. Act as ViaBill’s representative in Spain towards partners, merchants, and regulatory/industry bodies. Monitor performance, KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Work closely with central functions (product, marketing, risk, finance) to adapt strategies to the Spanish market. Prepare the ground for potential expansion of the local structure as the business grows.
