About the role:
- Sets program and course strategy and turns it into finished courses.
- Works directly with faculty subject-matter experts to shape expertise into structured modules, activities, assessments, and media.
- Owns the course build from storyboard to launch and keeps it on schedule.
What you'll do:
- Partner with the Learning Architect to translate program goals into detailed course designs.
- Lead working sessions with faculty to define learning outcomes, sequence content, and develop activities and assessments.
- Write and edit course content, instructions, rubrics, and discussion prompts in a student-facing voice.
What you bring:
- 6+ years of instructional or learning design experience in higher education online programs.
- Strong LMS experience, with Canvas preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills and comfort managing several courses and deadlines.
