Job Description
The Director, Institutional Marketing is responsible for: Development and refinement of marketing strategies. Leading creation of educational resources, tools, and promotional materials for field teams. Driving HCP-facing initiatives including brand messaging, digital campaigns, congress management, and educational activities.This role also involves: Managing agency partners and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials. Coordinating review and approval processes with medical and promotional committees to ensure compliance. Engaging with HCPs and key opinion leaders to gather insights. Requirements include: 7+ years of experience in brand marketing within the biopharmaceutical industry. Strong digital marketing experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
