Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ServiceNow’s government affairs and public policy engagement and strategy across federal, provincial, and municipal governments.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with government officials across key departments and agencies.
  • Help manage ServiceNow's brand, policy, political, business, and regulatory positioning across mission-critical industries and the public sector market.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of senior-level experience in government affairs, public policy, or regulatory roles.
  • Proven experience working in or with the federal government, including Parliament, ministerial offices, or central agencies.
  • Expertise in technology policy, particularly related to AI governance, digital transformation, and data regulation.
