As a Solutions Engineer at Vanta, you will own the technical relationship with customers and develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, and the competitive landscape. You will listen to prospects and clients to provide market feedback to the product team. Support customers through their trial process and build product examples and documentation. You will cultivate teamwork, openness, and continuous improvement, creatively identifying new programs to improve the pre to post-sales transition.
To be successful, you need 2+ years of customer-facing technical experience, B2B SaaS experience and hands-on experience with cloud platforms. Strong project management skills are needed along with creativity and persuasiveness. Detail-oriented and organized candidates are needed as well as someone who enjoys listening to customers and discussing strategy with colleagues.
